Hank Aaron, when pursuing the MLB All-Time Home Run record dealt with hateful comments from hateful people. Fast forward a few years later and there’s a dude kissing his hand on National television. I’m gonna call this a win.
The truth about Foster Brooks: He was cold sober portraying intensely drunk. In every skit involving Mr Brooks, whether it be on the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts or another show, he did this. His portrayal was hilarious. RIP, Mr Brooks.
